CHORA is a Switzerland-based business ecosystem operating at the intersection of artificial intelligence, digital transformation, enterprise communication, and innovation-driven consulting.

Through its companies and initiatives, CHORA supports brands and organisations in building next-generation digital experiences, AI-powered communication systems, and scalable business solutions across international markets.

We are now strengthening our commercial structure and opening a key business development role focused on coordinating outbound activities, managing active opportunities, and driving new business growth across the ecosystem.

This is not a traditional corporate sales management role.

It is a performance-oriented collaboration designed for someone who wants to actively build commercial traction, coordinate execution, and contribute directly to the growth of a fast-evolving ecosystem.

We are looking for a Head of Business Development to coordinate BDR activities, manage commercial pipelines, and contribute directly to new client acquisition across AI, digital, and consulting services.

This role is focused on:

  • managing and progressing active leads and opportunities,
  • coordinating BDR execution and outbound activities,
  • supporting commercial negotiations and pipeline growth,
  • and helping scale the ecosystem's business development operations.

The role combines business development, sales execution, and commercial coordination responsibilities within a highly dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales Execution

  • Manage active leads, prospects, and commercial opportunities
  • Drive follow-ups and opportunity progression across the pipeline
  • Support proposal development and commercial negotiations
  • Contribute directly to new client acquisition and deal closing
  • Help recover stalled or inactive opportunities

BDR Coordination

  • Coordinate and supervise BDR activities
  • Ensure consistency and quality across outbound initiatives
  • Improve lead qualification and follow-up processes
  • Monitor commercial execution and accountability
  • Support optimisation of outreach workflows and conversion dynamics

CRM & Commercial Operations

  • Maintain CRM visibility and pipeline organisation
  • Ensure opportunities are properly tracked and updated
  • Support reporting and pipeline management activities
  • Contribute to improving funnel efficiency and commercial workflows

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B business development, sales, or commercial growth roles
  • Strong execution mindset with hands-on deal management capabilities
  • Experience coordinating outbound or BDR activities
  • Ability to manage consultative and relationship-driven sales processes
  • Strong organizational and follow-up discipline
  • Comfort operating in lean, fast-moving, high-accountability environments
  • Fluency in English and Italian (German is a strong plus)

Strong Plus

  • Experience in AI, SaaS, consulting, digital services, or enterprise solutions
  • Experience working with international clients and cross-border opportunities
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms
  • Experience leveraging AI and LLM tools within commercial workflows
