Our client is looking for a visionary Head of Business Development to drive growth, expand our market presence, and forge strategic partnerships. This leadership role demands a proven track record in revenue generation, team leadership, and long-term business development.

Responsibilities:

• Drive Growth: Lead strategies to boost revenue and expand market share.
• Build Partnerships: Develop strong relationships with clients, vendors, and industry leaders.
• Lead Sales: Set targets, manage sales teams, and ensure consistent performance.
• Expand Markets: Identify new opportunities across regions and industries.
• Boost Revenue: Champion solution- based selling to meet client needs. Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and grow a high-performing BD team. Track Performance: Monitor KPIs and report to executive leadership.
• Stay Informed: Analyze market trends and competitors to stay ahead.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic growth roles within the IT services industry. Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and securing high-value partnerships.
• Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing sales teams and enterprise accounts.
• Established network within the IT and managed services sector.
• Expertise in Cybersecurity, Software Services, and enterprise technology solutions.
• Exceptional negotiation, strategic planning, and communication skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast- paced, results-driven environment
