The TV Plus team is looking for a Global Head of Business Development who will lead the identification, development, and execution of strategic partnerships that drive growth and support the business’s key objectives. This leader will oversee and mentor a team responsible for the full partnership lifecycle—from sourcing and evaluating new partnership opportunities to structuring complex, non-standard deals, negotiating agreements, and collaborating cross-functionally to successfully launch and scale partnerships.
The Head of Business Development will play a critical role in shaping the overall strategy for the Samsung TV Plus service, translating strategic priorities into actionable partnership initiatives. Working closely with teams across Product/UX, Content, Marketing, Operations, and Data, this role will ensure partnerships are effectively operationalized and deliver measurable impact for the business.
The ideal candidate will bring a deep deal-making background and extensive experience leading diverse, complex, multi-faceted negotiations, globally. They will possess strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to dive deep into details while maintaining a clear big-picture perspective on business priorities. Samsung TV Plus is looking for a leader who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments, is energized by solving large-scale and ambiguous challenges, and brings a decisive, “get it done” mentality. This individual should be comfortable challenging the status quo, advocating for innovative partnership approaches, and leading teams to execute with speed and rigor.

Compensation for this role for a candidate based in Los Angeles, CA is expected to be between $320,000 and $340,000. Actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, and comparison to other employees in the role.
