We are seeking an experienced, talented leader to join EFG as a Head of Brand.
The Brand Operations Manager has a primary responsibility of leading brand u operations and will oversee all aspects of marketing, sales, inventory, systems and training to achieve our sales target. They will manage the Brands P&L and day-to-day operations. He/she is expected to provide continuous coaching of direct reports to serve the customer as their top priority. This role will be expected to devise, develop, and implement marketing programs and initiatives designed to ensure the economic, strategic, and operational growth of the Brand.This is a hand-on role where he/she must spend majority of his or her time at the stores and be able to work cross departmental. This role will also work closely with our Franchisor in the development of the Brand and will be involved in the planning of a potential regional expansion.
This person must possess strong organizational skills, outstanding communication skills, sound judgment and decision-making skills, a passion for innovation, and embrace can-do attitude and spirit. Information system literacy is a must.
