我们正在为一所上海的国际高中招聘Head of Boarding，到岗时间为尽快。

岗位职责

• 指定宿制部门的战略领导和发展，支持学校的理念、目标和政策，促进寄宿生活各个领域的高水平成就
• 识别并敏感应对文化差异,确保在寄宿社区和宿舍中有明显、积极的存在，以便与所有寄宿生建立联系
• 在寄宿员工、教师、学生和家长之间建立和维护积极的关系
• 将寄宿学生的福利作为首要考虑事项,始终以“代替父母”的身份行事，并遵守学校保障和健康安全程序
• 参加并积极参与各类必要会议​​
• 监督寄宿团队的工作，包括阿姨、寄宿辅导员和住在学校的老师，并定期与他们会面，讨论寄宿事宜，确保宿舍之间的一致性，尤其是在寄宿规定和福利问题方面
• 负责领导和管理寄宿团队的所有成员
• 与护士和健康中心、设施/安全团队联系，指导宿舍支持人员履行职责
• 确保寄宿宿舍的顺利运行，以确保满足学生的身心福利需求​

We are currently recruiting a Head of Boarding for an international high school in Shanghai. The expected start date is as soon as possible.

Job Responsibilities

Specify the strategic leadership and development of the boarding department, support the school's philosophy, goals and policies, and promote high-level achievements in all aspects of boarding life.

Identify and sensitively respond to cultural differences, ensure a clear and positive presence in the boarding community and dormitories, so as to establish connections with all boarding students.

Establish and maintain positive relationships among boarding staff, teachers, students and parents.

Treat the welfare of boarding students as the top priority, always act as "parents' substitute", and abide by the school's safety and health procedures.

Attend and actively participate in all necessary meetings.

Supervise the work of the boarding team, including nannies, boarding counselors and teachers living in the school, and meet with them regularly to discuss boarding matters, ensuring consistency among dormitories, especially in terms of boarding regulations and welfare issues.

Be responsible for leading and managing all members of the boarding team.

Contact nurses and health centers, facilities/safety teams, and guide dormitory support staff to fulfill their duties.

Ensure the smooth operation of boarding dormitories to ensure that the physical and mental welfare needs of students are met.

Requirements

• 本科及以上专业
• 良好的交流能力，中英文流利
• Bachelor's degree or above in any major
• Good communication skills, fluent in both Chinese and English

Benefits

月薪：20-30k

Monthly salary: 20,000 - 30,000 RMB
