We are seeking an accomplished and dynamic Head of BGS, India to join our team in India. In this role, you will play a critical part in the commercial and operational excellence function of the country, contributing to our ongoing success and strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
This role is accountable for driving profitable growth, strengthening customer relationships, optimizing pricing and go-to-market models, and ensuring alignment with global frameworks. The Head of BGS will partner with country leaders, regional operations, and global product teams to accelerate adoption of innovative cash and digital retail solutions. 60% of the responsibilities of this position will be commercial expansion in country including revenue and profitability acceleration, 40% of the responsibility of this position will be overlooking operations, lean & efficiency and operational excellence
