Interfaces between Marketing, Trade Marketing, CD and sourcing unit (both in house factories, third parties and other externally sourced products) to ensure effective customer forecast, no interruptions in supply, FG/RM/PM inventory optimization and that the highest level of customer service is achieved; as well as ensure that all innovations are delivered on time.1. To ensure monthly FG supply plan in line with the agreed demand plan & month end FG stocks
2. To manage material inventories and material call offs of FG/RM/PM with suppliers within set inventory tragets
3. To supervise NPD network and promotion network lead-time of each activity
4. To responsible for local transition management planning including obsoletes disposal as a result of new innovation or re-launches (bleed-in/discontinuation) to ensure limited business waste and on time availability
5. To collaborate with Trade Marketing and CD team to ensure effective customer forecast analysis to support on-time fulfillment of customer needs
6. To work with related functions and/or support project team as well as through collaboration both internally and externally with objectives to meet company direction, and sc mgmt while maintaining the optimum cost
7. To analyze trends, identify weakness, areas of improvement, and benchmarks of satisfaction and recommend appropriate actions/* Perform other related duties as assigned
