Job Description

Head of B2B Sales & Channel Marketing

Location: Karachi

Reports To: Commercial Head

Role Purpose

Lead B2B sales and channel marketing for our construction materials portfolio (steel, paints, and allied products). Drive revenue growth by securing large-scale projects and building strategic partnerships with architects, developers, contractors, and industrial buyers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own P&L for B2B sales drive revenue, profitability, and market share
  • Build and manage a pipeline of high-value construction projects
  • Develop partnerships with architects, developers, contractors, and government bodies
  • Lead channel marketing initiatives to strengthen brand presence and specifications
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing B2B sales team
  • Negotiate and close large-volume contracts and long-term supply agreements
  • Monitor market trends, competition, and emerging opportunities

Who We're Looking For:

  • 10+ years in B2B sales (steel, paints, cement, or construction materials)
  • Strong network with architects, developers, contractors, and decision-makers
  • Proven track record of handling large-volume deals and driving market leadership
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on, results-driven approach

Education

  • BBA/MBA preferred (Engineering/Architecture background is a plus)
