Just imagine shaping how shoppers discover and buy LEGO® products across France’s biggest digital retail channels. Then make it real.
As our Head of B2B E-commerce, you'll lead the strategic and sustainable growth of the LEGO® eCommerce business in France, with particular focus on our top strategic clients. You'll put shoppers at the center, improving online and mobile and omni-channel experiences across third-party retailers and marketplaces. You'll lead the eCommerce team and help shape the local digital agenda as part of the France Leadership Team.
Please note: Relocation support is not available for this role.
If you've worked in a role where you combined eCommerce retail, technology and digital transformation, you'll feel at home here. What matters most is bringing those capabilities together while developing people and making considered, data-informed decisions.
You'll join eCommerce in Western Europe and the France business unit. The team focuses on making digital shopping simpler and more effective wherever shoppers choose to buy LEGO products. We work with a hybrid rhythm, combining regular time together in the office with flexibility to work remotely on other days. You'll collaborate closely, take ownership and help others develop.
You'll strengthen sustainable eCommerce growth and deepen results with strategic clients while raising the quality of digital shopper experiences. Over the next 12–18 months, you'll help advance data-informed decisions, technology and retail innovation. You'll work closely with the eCommerce team, France Leadership Team, retail partners, technology providers, Western Europe B2B eCommerce colleagues and teams across the wider LEGO organisation.
