About the team:
Vintage.com is growing fast.

What started as a UK success story has evolved into an international business serving customers across Europe, with ambitious plans for further expansion in the years ahead. As we continue to scale, we're building the teams, technology and operational excellence needed to support that growth.

Our Appraisals team plays a critical role in that journey. They're at the centre of our operation, helping customers unlock the value of their pre-loved items while driving the engine behind our growth.

This is an opportunity to build on strong foundations and take the function to the next level. You'll develop a high-performing, scalable operation that combines expert appraisal knowledge with data, technology and AI-enabled tools to drive greater speed, accuracy and consistency.

Working closely with leaders across the Netherlands, the UK and our wider support functions, you'll play a key role in our next phase of growth. As we continue to expand across Europe, you'll help define what world-class appraisals looks like, ensuring the function can scale efficiently while maintaining exceptional quality and commercial performance.

Success in this role requires a balance of strategic leadership, operational excellence and people development. You'll create an environment where talented appraisers can thrive, continuously improve and grow their careers, while delivering outstanding results for our customers and the business.
