What’s the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Head of Analytics Products & Enablement to design, scale and own the enterprise analytics experience. This role is accountable for establishing world‑class analytics products and enablement capabilities that materially reduce time‑to‑insight and accelerate business‑led decision making through trusted, discoverable and automated analytics.
This is a senior leadership role with end‑to‑end accountability for analytics production, platform enablement, and adoption across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities:
Set and own the multi‑year enterprise strategy for analytics production and enablement, securing executive endorsement and delivering measurable outcomes.
Lead a significant enterprise function spanning analytics production, platform engineering, FinOps and enablement, with full accountability for budget, talent, performance and commercial outcomes.
Own and evolve the Certified Analytics Experience Layer, providing a curated, governed single source of truth for analytics consumption.
Establish and operate the Enterprise Insights Hub, enabling rapid discovery of trusted dashboards, reports and validated insights through semantic search.
Lead enterprise self‑serve and conversational analytics, including secure, governed text‑to‑query capabilities.
Drive analytics automation and agentic orchestration, leveraging AI to automate insight generation and reduce time‑to‑decision.
Own the Enterprise Data, Analytics & AI Product Catalogue, ensuring analytics assets are productised, reusable, and mapped to the consumer lifecycle with clear ownership.
Define and enforce enterprise standards, patterns and guardrails to ensure analytics products are compliant‑by‑design and scalable.
Partner with divisional leaders to prioritise analytics products delivering measurable customer, commercial and risk outcomes.
Build, lead and uplift high‑performing product and enablement teams, embedding strong product management and adoption practices.
Success Measures
You will be successful in this role if you deliver:
Material reduction in time‑to‑insight through self‑serve, automation and conversational analytics.
Increased enterprise adoption and reuse of certified analytics products.
Improved discoverability and trust in analytics assets via the Enterprise Insights Hub.
Demonstrable business value from analytics products (customer, revenue, cost and risk outcomes).
Analytics products operating consistently within risk appetite and compliance standards.
Core Capabilities & Experience
We are looking for a leader who brings:
Deep experience in analytics product management and full lifecycle ownership.
Strong capability in self‑serve, conversational and automated analytics enablement.
Experience with AI‑driven analytics automation and agent‑based orchestration.
Proven expertise in data governance, risk and compliance by design.
Commercial and value‑led stakeholder engagement at executive level.
A strong people leadership track record, including capability uplift and organisational scale.
Experience operating in large, complex, regulated environments.
