We are currently seeking a Head of AI Transformation & Adoption to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

We are seeking a visionary and execution-focused Head of AI Transformation & Adoption to lead enterprise-scale AI adoption across a global ADM organization of 10,000+ professionals. This leader will be responsible for defining and executing the AI transformation strategy across multiple industry verticals, client accounts, delivery units, and technology practices.

The role will drive measurable business outcomes through AI-powered delivery transformation, productivity improvement, cost optimization, quality enhancement, automation, and innovation. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business leadership, delivery teams, AI specialists, hyperscaler partners, and clients to create a culture of AI-first engineering and operational excellence.

This is a highly strategic leadership role with accountability for enterprise-wide AI adoption, value realization, governance, and innovation.

Ideal Candidate Profile

A transformational leader who combines the strategic thinking of a CTO, the operational rigor of a Delivery Executive, the innovation mindset of an AI Product Leader, and the business acumen of a Consulting Partner. This individual will be accountable for turning AI from isolated experiments into a scalable enterprise capability that delivers measurable client value, significant cost savings, and competitive differentiation across the entire ADM organization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Enterprise AI Strategy & Vision

  • Develop and execute a multi-year AI transformation roadmap for the ADM organization.
  • Define AI adoption frameworks, standards, governance models, and operating procedures.
  • Establish AI as a core pillar of software engineering, application support, modernization, testing, and managed services.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage Generative AI, Agentic AI, Predictive AI, Machine Learning, AIOps, and Intelligent Automation across the ADM lifecycle.
  • Build executive alignment and sponsorship for AI-led transformation initiatives.

2. AI-Driven Delivery Transformation

  • Lead implementation of AI-powered solutions across:
    • Application Development
    • Application Maintenance
    • Testing & Quality Engineering
    • DevOps & Platform Engineering
    • SRE & Operations
    • Cloud Engineering
    • Legacy Modernization
    • Data & Analytics
  • Drive adoption of AI coding assistants, automated testing platforms, AI-enabled documentation, knowledge management, and operations automation tools.
  • Establish reusable AI assets, accelerators, frameworks, and industry-specific solutions.

3. Client Value Realization

  • Partner with account teams to identify AI-led cost reduction and productivity improvement opportunities.
  • Create AI-based transformation offerings that deliver:
    • Reduced effort
    • Faster delivery cycles
    • Improved quality
    • Lower incident volumes
    • Reduced technical debt
    • Enhanced customer experience
  • Define value realization frameworks and ensure measurable client outcomes.
  • Support strategic client engagements and executive discussions around AI transformation.

4. AI Adoption & Change Leadership

  • Lead organization-wide AI adoption programs.
  • Create AI champions network across all delivery units and verticals.
  • Establish AI Centers of Excellence (CoEs) and Communities of Practice.
  • Drive AI literacy, training, certifications, and continuous learning initiatives.
  • Build a culture where AI is embedded into everyday engineering and delivery practices.

5. Innovation & Use Case Portfolio Management

  • Build and manage a portfolio of AI use cases across all verticals and accounts.
  • Prioritize initiatives based on business value, scalability, and ROI.
  • Drive experimentation, rapid prototyping, and industrialization of successful use cases.
  • Establish innovation pipelines and governance mechanisms.
  • Promote reuse of successful AI solutions across multiple accounts.

6. Financial Impact & Productivity Leadership

  • Own AI-driven productivity and efficiency targets across the ADM organization.
  • Establish KPIs for:
    • Productivity improvement
    • Cost savings
    • Automation coverage
    • Time-to-market reduction
    • Defect reduction
    • Knowledge management efficiency
  • Track realized benefits and report outcomes to executive leadership.
  • Build business cases and investment strategies for AI initiatives.

7. Governance, Security & Responsible AI

  • Define Responsible AI standards and governance frameworks.
  • Ensure compliance with client, regulatory, privacy, and security requirements.
  • Establish controls for model usage, data protection, explainability, and risk management.
  • Partner with security, legal, and compliance teams to manage AI risks.

Required Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Master's degree preferred.
  • MBA or Executive Leadership Program desirable.

Experience

  • 18+ years of IT services and software engineering experience.
  • 8+ years leading large global delivery organizations.
  • Demonstrated success in enterprise transformation initiatives.
  • Strong experience in application development, maintenance, modernization, and managed services.
  • Hands-on understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, Machine Learning, and automation platforms.
  • Experience delivering large-scale client transformation programs.
