Job Description

As a Head of AI Infra Product Management, you will be at the forefront of our AI infrastructure efforts, working closely with engineering and customers to define and deliver innovative solutions. Your expertise in merchant silicon and experience with both NVIDIA and non-NVIDIA ecosystems will be key in driving our strategic vision. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of our products and have a significant impact on the industry.

• Set the strategic direction and vision for AI infrastructure products, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Specify and prioritize product requirements, considering scale-out, scale-up, and scale-across needs.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure successful product development and delivery.
• Engage with customers and partners to understand their needs and provide solutions, building strong relationships.
• Stay updated on industry trends, especially in merchant silicon and AI ecosystems, to drive innovation.
• Conduct market analysis and competitive research to identify opportunities and differentiate our offerings.
• Create and present product roadmaps, ensuring effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage product launches, ensuring a smooth transition from development to market.
• Provide thought leadership and contribute to industry forums and events, representing the company's expertise.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on AI infrastructure or related technologies.
• Proven track record in leading and driving strategic product initiatives, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Deep understanding of merchant silicon and its applications, especially in scale-out, scale-up, and scale-across scenarios.
• Experience with NVIDIA and non-NVIDIA ecosystems, including hardware and software solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Willingness to stay updated on industry trends and continuously learn new technologies.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
