YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You define and drive the overarching strategy for SIXT's AI-powered HR transformation, owning the vision for a fully AI-built HR technology landscape from concept to company-wide rollout
• You lead, mentor, and grow a team of AI HR specialists, including HRIS AI Architects and Vibecoders, ensuring technical excellence and strategic alignment across all workstreams
• You act as the primary interface between C-Level leadership and the People Systems, Data & AI team, translating business priorities into a clear and actionable AI-driven HR roadmap
• You champion the adoption of AI-first methodologies across HR technology, setting the standard for how SIXT leverages tools like Vibecoding and large language models in people operations
• You manage stakeholder relationships across HR, IT, Legal, and senior leadership, ensuring the AI HRIS program is delivered on time, on budget, and at the highest quality
• You monitor industry trends and emerging AI capabilities, continuously evolving SIXT's HR tech strategy to maintain a competitive edge in the global talent landscape

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Experience You bring extensive leadership experience at the intersection of HR and technology, with a proven track record of driving large-scale HR system transformations in complex, international organizations
• Strategic Background You have demonstrated ability to define and execute bold, long-term technology strategies, ideally with direct exposure to AI-driven product or platform development
• Tools/Systems You are fluent in the AI technology landscape — from large language models and Vibecoding platforms to modern HRIS ecosystems — and can credibly lead teams building with these tools
• Domain Knowledge You possess deep expertise in HR processes, people data, and workforce management, enabling you to bridge the gap between cutting-edge technology and real-world HR needs
• Leadership You are an inspiring, hands-on leader who builds high-performing teams, fosters a culture of innovation, and is not afraid to challenge the status quo at every level of the organization
• Communication You communicate with conviction and clarity at C-Level, translating complex AI and technical concepts into compelling narratives that drive organizational alignment and investment
