Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 12 years of experience in a sales role in the enterprise software or cloud space.
• People management experience within a quota-carrying team.
  
• Experience leading and scaling teams in a cloud-based PaaS and SaaS environment.
• Experience selling business intelligence and cloud technologies to clients.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience selling into the Public Sector.
  
• 
  Experience working with and managing partners in complex implementation projects including global system integrators and packaged software vendors.
• Experience working in the Sub-Saharan African market or markets.
• Experience working with product teams and an understanding of how to embed our technology into their product set.
• Familiarity with Google Cloud and Google Cloud AI offerings.

As the Head of AI Go-To-Market (GTM), you will lead a small team of AI Sales Specialists covering key markets and verticals including Sub-Saharan Africa, Public Sector across UK&I, Manufacturing and Pharmaceuticals.

Responsibilities

• Coach the team to identify, advance, and win opportunities and AI bookings, manage business pipelines, and accelerate business growth.
• Build and maintain executive relationships with customers as the AI subject matter expert together with your team, and influence long-term direction for new and existing customers.
• Work cross-functionally with Google Cloud Field Sales Representatives (FSR), Customer Engineer (CE) teams, and Field Solution Architects (FSA) to ensure AI adoption, customer satisfaction and business growth.
• Support your team to assist customers in identifying AI use cases suitable for Google Cloud AI products and solutions, ensure development and a path to production. Articulate key solution differentiators and the measurable business impact.
• Execute Go-To-Market business strategy and related efforts with the Google Cloud teams and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) partners.
