Being in a business support role at Australia Post means helping our people deliver for every Australian. Just like our Posties, you’re still the people behind every parcel. Whatever your team or role, you’re helping grow our people, grow our business and making a lasting impact on the Australian community. You’ll find a culture of connection in our great people and the flexibility to balance work with life outside of it.
About the opportunity
At Australia Post, we’re transforming how we serve our customers, communities and businesses through technology, data and innovation.
We are looking for a Head of AI Enablement to play a critical leadership role in delivering our AP30 strategy by embedding AI at the heart of how we operate, engage customers and drive growth across Post, Parcel and eCommerce Services (PPECS).
This is a high-impact enterprise leadership role focused on influence, prioritisation and adoption, ensuring AI investments translate into measurable outcomes across the PPECS business. You will act as the single front door for AI across PPECS, shaping where and how AI is applied to unlock value at scale.
You’ll also

Your success will be measured not by delivery alone, but by adoption, scalability and realised business value.
About you
You are a strategic business leader with proven experience translating organisational strategy into meaningful impact. You build effective executive relationships, both internally and externally, mobilise cross-functional teams and drive sustainable change and AI adoption across complex organisations. You have experience operating in a matrix environment and leading through transformation. As a thought leader, you balance innovative thinking with a practical, action-oriented mindset.

All walks, one route
It takes a lot of us to deliver for every Australian – and it’s important to us that our people behind the parcels reflect the people receiving them. We come from all walks. Different backgrounds, different ages, different genders, different sexualities and different abilities, but we all believe in the same purpose.
We welcome people all ages, genders and backgrounds – including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, people with disability, LGBTQIA+ communities, and refugees. We’re a Disability Confident Recruiter, committed to making our hiring process and workplace inclusive and barrier-free. We’re also working hard to remove bias and build a gender-equitable experience for everyone who joins us.
