What You Will Do
- Lead the development and implementation of strategies to enhance agent engagement and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize AI-driven solutions for insurance workflows.
- Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive operational excellence.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with agents to foster loyalty and retention.
- Drive initiatives that promote the adoption of technology solutions among agents and brokers.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
- Develop training programs and resources to empower agents in utilizing AI tools effectively.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 10–12 years of experience in operations, preferably within the insurance or technology sectors.
- Proven track record of enhancing agent engagement and driving operational improvements.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders.
Preferred
- Experience working with AI technologies in a B2B environment.
- Familiarity with insurance workflows and processes.
- Previous leadership experience in a fast-paced startup or venture-backed company.
Compensation and Benefits
The base salary for this role ranges from $300K to $350K, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your professional and personal well-being.
