About the Team
The Scaled Growth Team is a strategic engine within TikTok, focused on driving global new client acquisition through high-impact agency partnerships. The team plays a critical role in building and enriching a high-quality client pipeline, working closely with direct sales to support sustainable, long-term growth. By identifying scalable opportunities and unlocking new markets, the team accelerates business expansion while ensuring consistent, high-quality client engagement.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the APAC Agency strategy and Go-to-Market plan to drive sustainable revenue growth across holding companies, independent agencies.
- Own regional revenue targets, forecasting accuracy, and performance against aggressive quotas, leveraging market intelligence and performance data to inform annual and long-range planning.
- Identify and unlock new revenue streams and strategic ecosystem partnerships to expand market impact.
- Build and deepen executive level relationships, structuring and delivering commercial partnerships and trading agreements in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Work closely with team leads to define brand account plans to unlock investments and drive their business key performance metrics.
- Lead and Partner with XFN teams to structure and execute operational and strategic initiatives.
- Scale agency acquisition, activation, retention, and product adoption initiatives to accelerate platform investment.
- Lead agency enablement programs focused on education, insights, measurement, and capability-building across the ecosystem.
- Partner closely with Marketing, Product, Analytics, Program Management, and Trading teams to test, optimize, and scale agency focused initiatives.
- Champion deep product expertise to be able to translate product innovation into commercial impact and influence global roadmap priorities through market insights.
- Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing, multi-level organization, fostering strong leadership, accountability, and execution excellence.
- Represent the company externally within the media and advertising landscape, strengthening industry presence and influence.
