Job Description

We are looking for a Head of Advisory and Sales to grow our Services business and advisory functions. This senior role combines strategy, client advisory, and sales leadership. You'll drive revenue, strengthen client relationships, and build a top-performing team, shaping our service offerings for the financial industry.

With over 300 professionals across the Nordics, we specialize in providing business-critical software for the finance and insurance sectors. Our solutions streamline complex processes, enabling smarter decisions, and delivering long-term value.

In this strategic role, you will lead and drive:

Strategic Leadership

  • Drive advisory services and sales strategies in line with company goals

  • Identify new business opportunities and foster innovation

  • Track market trends, customer needs, and competitors

Client Management

  • Manage major client accounts and oversee quality delivery

  • Implement account growth strategies (upsell & cross-sell)

  • Build lasting client relationships

  • Incorporating client feedback into service development

Sales Leadership

  • Lead and develop the advisory and sales team

Client Advisory

  • Serve as a trusted advisor, providing tailored solutions

  • Coordinate with Evitec teams for smooth client experiences

Team Leadership

  • Develop a high-performing, collaborative team

  • Recruit, mentor, and coach senior professionals

  • Promote innovation, accountability, and inclusion

Partnerships

  • Manage partnerships, especially with Microsoft and key tech partners

  • Pursue new partner opportunities aligned with client needs

What We’re Looking For:

  • 10+ years of leadership experience in advisory consulting and sales

  • Proven track record in building and scaling sales teams

  • Strong experience leading senior advisory consultants

  • Demonstrated success in sales strategy, pipeline management, and closing large deals

  • Experience with go-to-market strategies in technology consulting and data analytics

  • Solid background in partner ecosystems, including Microsoft and others such as Databricks, Snowflake, SAS, SAP, AWS, Google, Salesforce, or NVIDIA

  • Deep understanding of the financial services industry (banking, insurance, asset or fund management)

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

  • Experience in utilizing AI in Sales processes
