At Wiltshire Council, we are committed to delivering high-quality services that help people live safe, independent, and fulfilling lives.

We are looking for an experienced and ambitious leader to join us as Head of Adults Commissioning. This is a key strategic role, leading the commissioning of adult social care services across Wiltshire and helping shape how we respond to future demand, improve outcomes and deliver value for money.

Working closely with health partners, providers, elected members and colleagues across the council, you will lead transformation, influence system wide priorities and ensure services continue to meet the needs of our communities.

We are seeking a visible and credible leader with strong commissioning experience, commercial awareness, and the ability to build effective partnerships. You will be politically astute, focused on delivery, and committed to developing high performing teams.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Head of Service seeking a new challenge, or a senior leader ready to step into a broader strategic role within a large and ambitious unitary authority.
