Job Description

Alexandria British Academy is seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Admissions to lead and manage the school’s admissions process and support student enrolment growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the full admissions process from initial enquiry to enrolment.
• Manage and develop relationships with prospective parents and families.
• Conduct school tours, meetings, and admissions interviews.
• Develop strategies to increase enrolment and improve enquiry-to-enrolment conversion.
• Work closely with the Marketing and Senior Leadership teams on recruitment initiatives.
• Maintain accurate admissions records and monitor enrolment targets.
• Lead and support the Admissions team to deliver an excellent parent experience.

Requirements

• Previous experience in school admissions, education, sales, or a similar role.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
• Professional, confident, and target-driven approach.
• Experience in an international/British school is an advantage.
