Job Description

On behalf of our client, DEKRA is looking for:

• Head of Admissions

• Lead and manage the full admissions and student re-enrolment process;
• Oversee, motivate and develop the Admissions Team;
• Contribute to school-wide leadership, strategic planning and growth initiatives;
• Develop and implement admissions strategies to support enrolment targets;
• Monitor, analyse and report on enrolment trends, forecasts and admissions data;
• Ensure accurate reporting, record keeping and effective use of admissions systems and databases;
• Manage and further develop the School’s Financial Assistance Programme;
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing Team on promotional, outreach and business development activities;
• Represent the school at meetings, presentations, school visits and external events;
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective families and external stakeholders;
• Ensure a smooth, professional and supportive admissions and transition experience for families;
• Stay informed about school developments, initiatives and educational programmes;
• Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Marketing, Business Administration or another related field;
• Experience with budget management, business development and marketing initiatives;
• Excellent written and spoken English (minimum C1 level);
• High attention to detail in communication, reporting and documentation;
• Previous leadership experience in admissions, education, customer service or a similar field;
• Strong people management and team leadership skills;
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and relationship-building abilities;
• High emotional intelligence and cultural awareness;
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Proficiency in databases, CRM systems, reporting tools and data interpretation;
• Experience in a customer-focused and service-oriented environment;
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure;
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion;
• Previous experience in admissions within an international school environment is considered an advantage;
• Familiarity with IB and AP programmes is considered an advantage.
