Our client, a leading name in academia, is looking for Head of Admin in Lahore.
The Head of Admin is responsible for leading and overseeing the administrative function across the organization, ensuring the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of administrative frameworks, policies, and systems aligned with the school's strategic objectives.
The role provides strategic and operational leadership across administration, facilities, security, and compliance functions, ensuring efficiency, cost optimization, regulatory alignment, and seamless interdepartmental coordination. The incumbent serves as a key
liaison with government and regulatory bodies, while ensuring high standards of operational excellence, risk management, and service delivery across the network.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Governance:
- Lead the development and implementation of administrative strategies, policies, and service frameworks aligned with organizational goals.
- Establish governance mechanisms, SOPs, and service level agreements to ensure consistency and control across all administrative operations.
- Provide strategic advisory support to senior leadership on administrative, facilities, and security-related matters.
Administrative Operations & Systems:
- Design, implement, and continuously improve administrative systems and processes across Head Office and regional operations.
- Ensure standardization, efficiency, and compliance in all administrative workflows and practices.
Government & Regulatory Liaison:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with relevant government, regulatory, and security agencies.
- Ensure timely resolution of regulatory matters and mitigate risks impacting business continuity.
Security & Risk Management:
- Oversee the development and implementation of security, surveillance, and safety frameworks across the organization.
- Ensure compliance with fire, life safety (FLS), and risk management protocols across all locations.
Financial & Resource Management:
- Develop and manage administrative budgets, ensuring optimal utilization of resources.
- Drive cost optimization initiatives while maintaining service quality and operational standards.
Asset & Inventory Management:
- Ensure accurate tracking, control, and management of organizational assets and inventory.
- Implement controls to safeguard company property and ensure accountability.
Interdepartmental Coordination:
- Foster strong coordination across departments to ensure seamless execution of administrative support services.
- Act as a central point of alignment for administrative requirements across the network.
Operational Excellence & Performance Management:
- Monitor, evaluate, and enhance administrative performance metrics and service delivery standards.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to drive efficiency and
- effectiveness.
Team Leadership & Capability Building:
- Lead and manage administrative, security, and support teams across the organization.
- Drive capability building, training, and performance management initiatives.
- Ensure clear accountability, role clarity, and performance alignment within teams.
Reporting & Compliance:
- Prepare and present periodic reports to senior management/Board on
- administrative performance, risks, and key initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Undertake any additional responsibilities as assigned by senior leadership in line with organizational priorities.
Requirements:
Qualification: Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Proven experience in leading large administrative functions in a structured organization
Strong exposure to budgeting, compliance, and operational optimization
