Job Description

Our client is a globally leading and successful industrial group. For the production site in the Paderborn area, we are currently seeking an experienced Head of Accounting and Controlling (m/f/d).

Your Responsibilities:

Leading and further developing the efficient Accounting and Controlling team
Preparation and consolidation of monthly and annual financial statements for individual entities
Cost accounting
Controlling
Budgeting
Reporting
Liaising with auditors, tax advisors, and banks
Supporting the CFO of the German group in all matters

Requirements

Your Qualifications:

Professional experience in accounting and controlling in a manufacturing company; alternatively, background in auditing
Degree in business administration with a focus on accounting/controlling or comparable qualification
Solid knowledge of tax law as well as HGB and IFRS
Initial experience in professional and disciplinary leadership
Good command of English, both written and spoken
