The purpose of this role is to drive sales performance within assigned account(s) by overseeing sales planning, activity management, and premium collection, ensuring sustainable growth through effective tracking and optimization of sales funnel drivers. Additionally, it focuses on developing and maintaining strong relationships with bank partners, leading the execution of a comprehensive bancassurance strategy, and promoting PVA-sponsored programs to enhance client experiences. The role also involves leading and managing a team to foster a collaborative, high-performance culture, providing strategic direction, and other tasks to contribute to overall business objectives.

Business Development/ Phát triển kinh doanh

  • Oversee and drive sales performance within the assigned accounts, including sales planning, activity management, and premium collection.
  • Closely manage and optimize sales funnel drivers, ensuring they are effectively tracked and analyzed to drive strong pipeline and take timely solutions for sustainable performance.
  • Maintain a balanced focus on achieving both topline growth and persistency targets

Partnership Management/ Quản lý quan hệ đối tác

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with bank partner executives, acting as a key contact point and trusted business advisor.
  • Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive bancassurance strategy for the assigned bank partner, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.
  • Provide on-field leadership to promote and support PVA-sponsored programs, marketing initiatives, and contests.
  • Develop and implement strategies to ensure a high-performing and motivated salesforce through ongoing training initiatives and performance management.
  • Establish and manage a concierge service model tailored for affluent and up-market new business clients to enhance their experience

Leadership and Management/ Lãnh đạo và Quản lý

  • Lead and manage the team of direct reports to ensure effective execution of their respective functions.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture, develop and promote a coaching culture within the team, moving away from a traditional training mindset to enhance performance and engagement.
  • Provide strategic direction and guidance to the team to achieve business goals.
  • Ensure an optimal resource allocation to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Drive the total bancassurance management of in-charge bank account including sales performance, sales workforce, customer and sales funnel drivers management.
  • Act as key contact point and play the business advisory role to Bank partner for a sustainable and effective bancassurance growth.

Qualifications Bằng cấp

  • Bachelor or higher Degree preferably in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Insurance, Finance - Banking
  • At least 7-year experience working at the sales management level, preferably in Insurance, Finance – Banking, FCMG or foreign-invested financial companies
  • Knowledgeable about Insurance and Bancassurance

  • Strong funnel sales management experience, with proven ability to track, analyze, and optimize sales pipeline performance
  • Data savvy, with the ability to interpret and leverage data for decision-making and performance improvement
