Job Description
Business Performance & Revenue Generation
- Monitor and manage team KPIs including Assets Under Management (AUM), revenue and product penetration.
- Driving revenue and volume growth with a primary focus on acquiring new customers, deepening existing customer relationships, and cross-selling, ultimately improving the Bank's market share and customer share of wallet.
- Actively engage with field AM /SAMs/ RCs/ SRCs / DHs for issues/updates regarding segment performance
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Drive the strategic Management, Business Development, and Profitability of Affluent Segments.
- Define and implement coverage models, segmentation, and service propositions to enhance customer experience and profitability.
Client Acquisition, Retention & Deepening
- Drive acquisition of new affluent clients while improving retention and engagement of the existing base.
- Ensure deepening of client relationships through cross-sell of investment, liability, lending, and insurance products.
Team Management & Capability Building
- Lead, coach, and develop the Affluent Client Specialist team and frontline Relationship Managers (EPMs/PMs) to drive productivity, service quality, and compliance.
- Build team capabilities through ongoing training and certification programs to upskill EPMs in affluent client engagement and needs-based selling.
Governance & Compliance
- Ensure strict adherence to regulatory guidelines and internal policies, with particular focus on ethical sales practices.
- Implement controls to mitigate misselling and safeguard client trust and organizational integrity.
Customer Experience & Service Excellence
- Implement service standards and client feedback mechanisms to ensure high satisfaction levels among affluent clients.
- Champion digital adoption and personalized service for enhanced client experience.
Market Insights & Innovation
- Stay updated with market trends, client behavior, and competitor offerings to keep the bank’s affluent strategy relevant and competitive.
- Propose new initiatives, partnerships, or channels to tap into emerging affluent client needs.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with Product, Marketing, Risk, and Operations teams to design and deliver effective propositions and campaigns for the affluent segment.
- Collaborate with Branch Banking and Wealth Management teams to ensure unified delivery and relationship coverage.
Minimum qualifications:
- Master’s Degree from a reputable institute.
Minimum experience:
- 19 years of experience within the industry.
