You will join our HR team and play a central role in the further development of the HR organization. In this key role, you will have a significant impact on the strategic and operational HR work of the ITS Division, working closely with the Executive Board, senior management, and local HR teams both domestically and internationally.

The role is a part-time position with a workload of 20 to 24 hours per week.

• Implementation of the HR strategy in close coordination with the Executive Board
• Point of contact for managing directors and executives on all strategic and operational HR matters
• Overseeing and further developing group-wide incentive systems
• Contribution to talent management and leadership development
• Managing and implementing HR projects, as well as continuously optimizing processes and systems
• Providing professional and managerial leadership to the local HR team and coordinating the international HR team
• Supporting transformation, change, and organizational development projects
• Promoting a values-driven corporate culture

Qualifications

• A successfully completed degree with a focus on human resources management, business, law, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of leadership experience in a senior HR role, ideally within an international corporation or corporate group
• Thorough knowledge of modern HR tools and processes
• Experience in organizational development, change management, and cultural development
• Strong communication, leadership, and consulting skills
• Strategic thinking combined with strong execution skills
• High level of intercultural competence and willingness to travel internationally
• Fluency in spoken and written German and English at a business level

We offer a very attractive and performance-related salary, which is based on your qualifications and professional experience. This is significantly above the collective agreement for employees and apprentices in commercial enterprises.
