The Head, HR Business Partner provides strategic leadership and direction for the HRBP function at Monash University Malaysia, ensuring the delivery of integrated, high-impact people solutions aligned with institutional priorities and workforce strategies. As a senior HR leader, this role shapes the university’s business partnering approach, driving organisational effectiveness, strategic workforce planning, and leadership capability across academic and professional portfolios. Working closely with HR Centres of Excellence, HR Services, and senior stakeholders, the Head of HRBP establishes a cohesive and future-focused HR operating model, strengthens cross-functional collaboration, and ensures consistent, data-informed HR advisory and governance. The role leads and develops the HRBP team, enabling them to operate as trusted advisors who translate business strategy into practical and sustainable people outcomes.
