of the Role
The Head — Transformation & Projects is responsible for leading the organization's HR transformation agenda, driving strategic projects, HR digitization, process optimization, and performance excellence initiatives aligned with business objectives. The role oversees enterprise-wide transformation programs including organizational design, workforce planning, performance management frameworks, succession planning, and HR technology implementation. The position requires a strong balance of transformation expertise, and hands-on execution capability while partnering closely with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Own the HR transformation roadmap prioritise, sequence and govern a portfolio of HR projects aligned to business strategy.
- Lead cross-functional HR transformation projects including workforce planning, organizational restructuring, HR digitization, process automation, and operating model enhancement.
- Design and implement HR operating models, shared services frameworks, and process optimization strategies.
- Design and implement change management, communication, and adoption strategies to support
- Drive process re-engineering and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR service delivery, operational efficiency, and employee experience.
- Lead the end-to-end implementation, configuration and continuous improvement of HR technology platforms.
- Design and implement enterprise-wide Performance Management Frameworks aligned with organizational strategy and business KPIs.
- Design and implement Improvement Plan (PIP) frameworks, governance, and monitoring mechanisms to ensure structured performance interventions and capability improvement.
- Oversee job analysis, job evaluation, organisation design, role architecture, and grading structure initiatives to ensure role clarity, internal equity, and alignment with business requirements.
- Develop succession planning, talent review, and potential assessment frameworks including critical position identification.
- Build dashboards and analytics capabilities that provide real-time people insights to business leaders and HR BPs.
- Design and steward the organisation's Performance Excellence philosophy.
- Partner with senior business leaders, Finance, IT and external consultants to align transformation priorities and resources.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum 14 years of progressive HR experience with strong exposure to HR Transformation, HR Projects, Performance Management, HRIS, Rewards, and Shared Services.
- Cross-industry experience across large and diversified organisations is required; experience in the Oil & Gas industry will be preferred.
- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale HRIS implementations (SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM or equivalent).
- Strong experience in HR analytics, process improvement, change management, and enterprise transformation initiatives.
- Must possess certification in Job Analysis & Evaluation methodologies (Mercer, Korn Ferry Hay, or equivalent internationally recognised frameworks).
- Proven experience in designing, implementing, and institutionalising enterprise-wide Performance Management frameworks including Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs), and Performance Excellence frameworks.
- Experience in implementing internationally recognized Job Evaluation methodologies such as Mercer, Korn Ferry, Hay, or equivalent frameworks.
