Our client is an eminent real estate developer in North India as part of a multi-crore conglomerate and hiring for a senior management role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic HR Leadership: Develop HR strategies aligned with business goals and long-term vision. Provide guidance on organizational structure, workforce planning, and talent management. Lead HR to support growth, change management, and operational efficiency.
  • Recruitment: Oversee recruitment processes to attract top talent across various roles.Design competitive compensation packages and benefits programs. Implement employee retention strategies.
  • Performance Management and Training: Establish a robust performance management system and develop leadership and skill enhancement programs. Promote continuous learning.
  • Employee Relations and Engagement: Foster a positive workplace culture, address employee grievances, and implement engagement programs. Ensure open communication and feedback mechanisms.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations. Manage disciplinary procedures and grievances fairly.
  • HR Operations: Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS systems. Manage HR budgets and ensure cost-effective resource utilization. Prepare and present HR analytics and reports to leadership.
  • Qualifications: MBA in HR/Personnel Management or equivalent degree, 12-15 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in real estate.
  • Skills: Proficient in HRIS systems, labor law knowledge, data-driven HR practices, leadership, communication, negotiation, conflict resolution, and analytical skills.
