Job Description

Sisters Academy of Baltimore is seeking applicants for the part-time position of Head Girls’ Track & Field Coach.

Responsibilities and Expectations of the Head Coach

  • Plan and lead 3–4 practices per week for all runners and field athletes
  • School facility does not have a track
  • Lead the team during meets
  • Promote growth and good sportsmanship for all athletes
  • Communicate practice plans with the Athletic Director and assistant coaches
  • Work directly with the Athletic Director to communicate with families

Complete Trainings:

  • Archdiocese of Baltimore VIRTUS training
  • Sudden Cardiac Arrest training
  • Concussion training
  • CPR and First Aid certification preferred

Spring 2026 Details

  • Season timeframe: 3/2/26–6/10/26
  • Practices may be held Monday–Thursday, 4:00–4:50 PM, on campus, rain or shine
    • 4–7 meets, typically Saturday mornings through mid-afternoon
  • Some meets may occur on weekday afternoons
  • Team comprised of 5th–8th grade girls

Compensation

$45 per hour

Benefits

Not available for part-time positions typically working fewer than 30 hours per week
