Position: Senior Dental Front of House

Schedule: Full-time | Monday – Friday + alternate Saturdays

We are seeking a Senior Dental Front of House - someone polished, proactive, and service-driven who can provide outstanding patient care while supporting the smooth operational running of the practice. Dental experience in the private sector is essential, along with excellent communication skills.

Your Role

As a Senior Dental Front of House, you will be the welcoming face of our practice while taking on responsibilities that support both patients and practice operations. You will help maintain Zental’s high standards of service, organisation, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

Front of House Leadership

• Deliver a first-class, personalised patient experience
• Manage enquiries (in person, phone, email) with warmth and professionalism
• Handle appointment scheduling, payments, invoices, and treatment plan coordination
• Support patients with finance options and ensure smooth progression through treatment
• Maintain a polished, organised reception environment

Operational Support (Senior-Level Duties)

• Support daily operational flow of the practice
• Assist with staff coordination, rotas, and team organisation
• Oversee stock control, supplier liaison, and practice logistics
• Support compliance, documentation, and internal processes
• Gather and communicate patient feedback to continuously improve service quality

Note: This is a senior front-of-house role with operational responsibilities, but not a managerial position.

Essential Requirements

• Private dental experience – essential
• Fully trained and experienced with major patient management systems (e.g., Dentally, SOE)
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills
• Proven experience in premium/luxury customer service, healthcare, or dental settings
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask calmly and confidently
• Professional, warm, and polished presentation
• Proactive, solution-driven mindset with exceptional attention to detail
• Confident with IT systems (including Excel and practice management software)

Preferable

• Fully trained and experienced with Dentally patient management system and Dengro CRM
• Previous experience in dental or healthcare environments
• University degree or equivalent
• Experience supporting operational or coordination duties
