Managing property as though we live there
Our mission is to make places better and deliver a brilliant residential property management experience. As property professionals, we created Encore in 2004 following our own experience of receiving poor management and the difficulty of finding a managing agent with the right aptitude and attitude. We chose the name Encore because it symbolises a great performance - which is what we strive to deliver. From the beginning we've adopted the philosophy of ‘taking care of your property as though we live there'.
Professional service through a proactive approach
Our approach is based on the following principles:
- Quality people with time to manage
- Operational structure and rigour
- Well-honed systems that work
- Maintenance and compliance under control
- Financial control
- Professionalism and pride
We work WITH you.
Local expertise
Encore manages a portfolio of high quality residential developments across the UK. With local teams in Cambridge, Bristol, London, Manchester, Nottingham and Sandhurst, we are experienced at dealing with all types of estates. Our property professionals look after properties across East Anglia, London, the Thames Valley, South West, Midlands and North West and our expertise and experience has been honed over 20 years of award winning property management.
