Head Concierge

As Head Concierge, you will lead our concierge team and deliver exceptional, personalised service that exceeds expectations at every touchpoint. You will be the go-to expert for everything London has to offer, ensuring our guests enjoy a seamless and unforgettable stay.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading, inspiring, and developing the concierge team to deliver outstanding guest experiences
• Providing expert local knowledge and personalised recommendations
• Building strong relationships with guests, partners, and local businesses
• Managing guest requests with professionalism, efficiency, and warmth
• Ensuring the highest standards of service are consistently achieved

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in a Concierge leadership role within a hotel environment
• Strong knowledge of London and its attractions, dining, and events
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• A passion for delivering personalised guest service
• Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
