Carry out assigned responsibilities. To provide sports activity supervision, training and coaching to student athletes.
1. Extensive knowledge of sport.
2. Previous coaching experience.
1. Coach at practices and games.
2. Recruit high school student-athletes.
3. Schedule games.
4. Organize practice plans.
5. Positively communicate with athletes.
6. Represent ECC well and in a professional manner as the
head coach.
7. Attend ISCC and Region IV meetings.
8. Develop knowledge of NJCAA, ISCC and Region IV
regulations.
9. Provide game information to Athletic Department.
