Calvary Chapel High School, a Christ-centered private high school competing in the CIF Southern Section, seeks a passionate and knowledgeable Head Coach to lead our basketball program. The ideal candidate is committed to developing student-athletes both on and off the court, integrating faith and character formation with competitive excellence.

- Model a growing relationship with Christ; lead prayer and team devotions.
- Build a healthy, competitive team culture focused on character, teamwork, and perseverance.
- Plan and lead practices, manage game strategy, and mentor athletes.
- Manage team budget.
- Communicate clearly with players, parents, and staff.
- Organize all aspects of the season, including tournaments, facilities, and logistics.
- Uphold CIF-SS rules, school policies, and student-athlete safety.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated success coaching basketball at the high school, club, or collegiate level.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Commitment to discipleship and mentoring student-athletes.
