We are looking for a skilled Claims leader to lead Property & Casualty (P&C) Claims management for our Latin America and Caribbean Market Units.
About the Role
In this role you will be heading the team of experienced Claim Experts across the Latin America and Caribbean region. In addition to managing the team and actively contributing to the development of the team and individuals, you will be leading, shaping, and implementing the P&C Claims strategy for this region.
Our Head Claims Latin America, P&C will actively promote Swiss Re's brand by building a network with key regional stakeholders including Swiss Re staff, clients, brokers, and other stakeholders. Providing thought leadership on key topics that impact the industry and the strategy of Swiss Re within the relevant markets.

About the Team
Our team consists of 7 highly knowledgeable claims experts with a diverse set of backgrounds, located in Mexico City, Bogota and Sao Paulo. Heading the team, you will report directly to the Market Unit Head of Latin America and the Caribbean. You will be part of the Latin America and Caribbean Leadership Team and will contribute relevantly in terms of strategy, leadership, and functional content as well as with more general, market- and business-related insights.

The estimated base salary range for this position is $150,000 to $250,000. The specific salary offered for this or any given role will take into account a number of factors including but not limited to job location, scope of role, qualifications, complexity/specialization/scarcity of talent, experience, education, and employer budget.
