THE BUTCHER SOCIAL CLUB, created by entrepreneur Yossi Eliyahoo of The Entourage Group, is a high-end yet casual burger restaurant. The Butcher Social Club is a living lobby restaurant offering lounge areas, game tables, swing seats, a two-story living green wall, music and artwork. It is a place where guests connect, hang out, meet and certainly have a great night out. Not only burgers but also other great food will be served accompanied with live DJ music every night.

Our Head Chef is a passionate and inspiring culinary leader responsible for delivering the exceptional standards THE BUTCHER SOCIAL CLUB is known for. Through strong leadership, creativity, and a commitment to excellence, the Head Chef fosters a positive kitchen culture and creates memorable dining experiences.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all kitchen operations to ensure exceptional food quality, consistency, and service
• Develop and update seasonal menus in line with THE BUTCHER SOCIAL CLUB’s culinary vision and business objectives
• Manage, train, and inspire the kitchen team to maintain a high-performing and collaborative work environment
• Plan staff schedules and oversee team performance to ensure efficient daily operations
• Monitor food and labor costs by managing inventory, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste
• Ensure full compliance with HACCP, food safety, sanitation, and health and safety regulations
• Maintain high standards of food preparation, presentation, and portion control across all services
• Resolve operational challenges efficiently while maintaining excellent service during busy periods
• Work closely with restaurant management to deliver an outstanding guest experience and achieve business goals.
• Requirements
• Lead the kitchen with confidence, setting the standard for culinary excellence, teamwork, and professionalism
• Create and evolve seasonal menus that reflect the venue’s concept and commitment to quality
• Inspire, mentor, and develop the kitchen team, fostering a culture of learning, creativity, and accountability
• Oversee all food preparation and service, ensuring every dish is delivered with consistency and exceptional presentation
• Drive efficient kitchen operations by planning staffing, managing workflows, and maintaining a smooth service
• Take ownership of food costs, inventory, supplier orders, and waste control to achieve financial targets
• Keep highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP compliance throughout the kitchen
• Flexibility to work during evenings, weekends, and public holidays
• Located in or nearby Gibraltar
• Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus
