We’re searching for a Head Chef to lead the kitchen at the Hotel Settlers, Biloela - the beating heart of our local community and the place where pub classics meet plates locals can’t get enough of.
Competitive Salary + Superannuation + 5% Bonus (performance related)
Located on Dawson Highway, just 1 km from the centre of Biloela, Hotel Settlers is a family favourite. We offer a delicious Bistro, a relaxing Sports Bar, and modern, comfortable accommodation for overnight guests.
Our Bistro has something for everyone, including seafood, steaks, pastas, salads and all the pub classics you know and love. We have a dedicated menu for our youngest guests to keep everyone happy, and a delicious and affordable seniors menu.
If it's a drink you're after, look no further than our Sports Bar. It is the perfect place to sip a brew and relax in one of our lounges, with sport broadcasting across a number of large TV screens so that you never miss a mark, a goal, a wicket or anything else. Choose from our selection of beers on tap, or peruse our spirits, cider, and wine list. For those seeking a quick bite, our refined menu offers pub classics perfect for enjoying with mates.

This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
