  Managing inventory, stock rotation, ordering, and supplier relations, keeping remote logistics in mind.

  Keeping menus fresh, exciting, and optimized for seasonal availability.

  Maintaining exceptionally high standards of kitchen cleanliness and food safety.

Requirements

• 
  Education:
  Formal culinary arts qualification or relevant tertiary training.
• 
  Experience:
  Proven track record working in a professional kitchen, with essential experience operating in a
  remote or wilderness location
  .
• 
  Logistics:
  Valid driver’s license and your own reliable vehicle (non-negotiable due to location).
• 
  Attributes:
  Enthusiastic, self-motivated, financially minded, and able to work independently under minimal supervision.
