Lead the kitchen team and ensure high standards in food quality, presentation, and service
Oversee preparation, cooking, and plating of all dishes according to recipes and quality expectations
Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen, ensuring all areas are stocked and sanitised
Manage daily kitchen setup and breakdown, ensuring all tools, equipment, and ingredients are ready for service
Handle procurement, stock control, and ingredient quality while minimising waste
Collaborate with management on menu planning, creating innovative and seasonal dishes aligned with the restaurant concept
Develop and maintain training programs for senior chefs, promoting strong culinary standards
Ensure full compliance with the Site Allergen Procedure
Work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth coordination during service
Review and maintain Food Hygiene Policy with strict adherence to food handling and storage standards
Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of kitchen staff
Commit to continuous professional development and stay updated with culinary trends and techniques
Two to three years of experience in this role or a similar position
Strong organisational skills, including team supervision and workflow planning
Excellent attention to detail
Fluent written and spoken English
Strong teamwork abilities with mentoring and training skills
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, high-pressure environment
