This quality country Inn with rooms nestled in the North York's Countryside very close to Malton & with close links to Northallerton, York & Thirsk are looking to recruit an experienced hands on Head chef to head up the kitchen at this fast paced country Inn
The Inn has a 100 cover restaurant serving an elevated gastro pub style menu and is a fast paced high volume site, and requires a strong head chef to lead the team of 12 chefs serving the award winning menu to locals and destination diners 7 days a week
The ideal Chef ill be able to demonstrate:
-Experience working in a fast paced high volume gastro pub or large restaurant
-A proven fresh food led background, be it Gastro, Restaurant or Hotel
-The position is ideally for a established head chef, due to the faced paced nature of the venue
-A desire to innovate & create, and be excited by local seasonal products
-A sound understanding of kitchen management.
-Being mobile is a must due to location.
