Job Title: Head Chef Brunch Specialist
Salary: £45,000 £50,000 per annum (DOE) + bonuses

Lead and inspire the kitchen team in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Design, develop, and refine a creative brunch-focused menu
Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and portion control
Manage stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships
Oversee kitchen standards, hygiene, and food safety compliance
Train, mentor, and motivate junior chefs and kitchen staff
Proven experience as a Head Chef (or strong Sous Chef ready to step up) in a high-volume café or restaurant
Passion for brunch and health-focused food concepts
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Flexible, proactive, and driven with a creative edge
