As Head Chef, youll take the lead in designing and developing a vibrant, health-focused menu that excites customers and keeps them coming back for more. Lead the kitchen team and manage daily operations
Create, test, and introduce new wellness-inspired dishes
Ensure consistent high standards of food quality and presentation
Manage stock, ordering, and supplier relationships
Maintain food safety and hygiene compliance
Inspire, mentor, and support the kitchen team
Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef, ideally within a health, wellness, or café environment
A genuine passion for healthy eating and innovative menu development
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
Organised, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Creativity and flair for developing fresh, seasonal dishes
