Bacar is a 75-seat, award-winning restaurant and bar located within Pullman at Sydney Olympic Park, operating across breakfast, lunch, dinner, bar, room service and executive lounge service. A back-to-back finalist at the HM Awards, Bacar has received recognition including Chef of the Year in 2024 and the Wine Goblet Award in 2025 from the Australian Wine of the Year Awards. We are seeking an experienced and driven Head Chef to join the team and help shape the next chapter of our venue. Working alongside our talented Executive Chef, Marvin Ma, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences across our restaurant, events, and hotel operations.
As Head Chef, you will play a vital role within the kitchen brigade, supporting and managing the team throughout daily operations.
