Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning & Roadmapping:
• Translate strategic objectives into an integrated change roadmap, including digital, compliance,
sustainability, and people initiatives.
• Incorporate Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) and Sustainability transformation
goals into the broader change agenda in alignment with the bank’s sustainability charter.
• Partner with sustainability teams to embed green behaviors, ESG metrics, and stakeholder
readiness into transformation planning.
2. Governance & Risk Management:
• Design a change governance structure that includes oversight of sustainability change
programs and people-related engagement initiatives.
• Manage risks related to both operational execution and cultural transformation.
• Ensure alignment with regulatory and ESG reporting frameworks where applicable.

3. Execution & Delivery: • Lead major transformation and change programs (digitalization, ESG adoption, operational effectiveness, regulatory reform, M&A, etc.). • Collaborate with Sustainability Office to deliver ESG-linked transformation programs. • Ensure change interventions include employee engagement levers, including feedback loops, two-way communications, and ambassador networks.

4. People, Culture & Engagement (Dotted line to CPO): • Champion enterprise-wide employee engagement and change culture initiatives as part of the People & Culture strategy. • Collaborate with HR on leadership alignment, internal communications, well-being programs, and organisational health tracking. • Design and execute change capability building programs for leaders and staff. • Act as a key partner in people transformation efforts tied to sustainability, talent, DEI (diversity, equity, inclusion), and workforce agility.

5. Stakeholder Engagement: • Build strong working relationships with Exco, sustainability officers, HR, digital teams, business unit heads, and external change partners. • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on change strategy, adoption risk, and leadership communications.
