Job Description


The Head of Capital Market Business will manage growth and relationship of CSCS client networks to achieve optimal adoption and
retention of CSCS Capital Market products and services, as well as identification of new businesses
and opportunities to inform the development of products/services. They will also manage and improve
income generation from our Collateral Management Business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of CSCS’ marketing strategy and plan.

  • Support efforts to increase sales, revenue, subscriptions, through the development of new
    capital market products.

  • Follow up with sales target of team members.

  • Ensure compliance with policies that promote the company strategy, culture, mission and
    vision and ensures they are cascaded to all employees. Provides strong direction and leadership, ensuring clear strategic objectives are in place to
    guide the work of the unit.

  • Coordinate effective and efficient administration and reconciliation of all customers
    accounts.

  • Review all proposals with the management.

  • Provide input to financial projections and cost benefits for new products/opportunities.

  • Introduce CSCS Capital Market products and services to existing/potential customers and
    assists them in selecting those best suited to their needs.

  • Contribute to the preparation and implementation of comprehensive annual marketing
    plans and strategies for the department to facilitate the achievement of CSCS’s set goals.

  • Promote the building of sustainable relationships between CSCS and clients.

  • Contribute to the effective launching of new products to ensure favourable market response
    and optimum build-up of revenue.

  • Coordinate and supervises the activities of the department to ensure optimal achievement
    of set targets, value creation and enhance profitability of CSCS.

  • Manage client expectations appropriately and represents the CSCS’ interests always

  • Promote a strong team culture.

  • Provide input to product costing and fee negotiation


Requirements


  • Minimum of a University Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration,
    Economics or any other relevant social science discipline from a reputable
    institution.

  • Professional membership of relevant professional body in the Capital market.

  • 8-10 years’ post-graduation experience in the capital market with at least five
    (3) years’ experience in a management role.

  • Experience in digital marketing, performance marketing and lead generation
    and analytics.

  • Good knowledge of the Capital Market and Information Technology.

  • Experience in Social networking and use of social analytics tools.
