We are seeking a skilled Head Butcher to join our team at EUROSPAR Barryroe with immediate affect.
As the Head Butcher, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the meat department, including managing inventory, preparing cuts of meat, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
Manage and train a team of butchers
Ensure quality and freshness of all meat products
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Interact with customers to provide product information and recommendations
