Key Responsibilities
• Work closely with India MD and Executive Business Manager in orchestrating regional strategy, annual priorities and help elevate overall profile of the entity with key internal and external stakeholders globally through effective story telling
• Lead and deliver multiple key projects / programs ensuring timelines, budgets, and goals are met; develop high-quality project plans and communicate project outcomes effectively alongside the Project Sponsor to secure organizational support; projects can range from risk initiatives, people initiatives, change and branding initiatives;
• Lead regional governance forums for the entity to ensure strong momentum and rigor on execution of various local initiatives & represent India office in various senior forums around governance and proactively identify opportunities to enhance overall effectiveness of the site
• Review, challenge and operate MD Office key controls including third parties, business continuity, regulatory compliance, independently to ensure strong compliance to risk and controls
• Lead and manage end to end business management including visitor management, stakeholder visits, events, vendor contractors, and work closely with cross functional teams and enabling functions such as HR, Facility management , procurement, technology, etc to ensure entity specific processes are working smoothly
• Utilise strong problem-solving and multi-tasking skills in navigating through challenges across functions, often handling ambiguous scenarios to deliver practical, best in class solutions
• Establish connects with industry participants and leverage market knowledge in driving and establishing best practices for M&G
• Oversee M&G staff communities such as Workplace Engagement, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, etc. to ensure drive strong on the ground culture.
