We are looking for an experienced Head Barista to lead our non-alcoholic bar, crafting exceptional coffee beverages and creative mocktails that complement our Hawaiian-Asian menu. You will set standards, mentor your team, and bring precision and passion to every cup and glass.
Key Responsibilities
· Prepare and serve specialty coffees, cold brews, and signature mocktails
· Develop and update the bar menu in line with seasonal and brand direction
· Train, coach, and supervise barista team members
· Maintain bar equipment, ensuring regular cleaning and calibration
· Manage stock levels, ordering, and inventory for bar supplies
· Uphold hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards at all times
Requirements
· 3–5 years of barista experience with a proven track record in specialty coffee
· Demonstrated experience crafting mocktails and non-alcoholic beverages
· Leadership skills with experience supervising or mentoring a team
· In-depth knowledge of espresso, brewing methods, and milk techniques
· Good communication skills in English
· Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards
· Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about beverage innovation
